BONDED WAREHOUSE AND CONTAINER FREIGHT STATION

Fauna & Flora owns and operates a fully customs-bonded container freight station and warehouse and is an approved establishment authorized by the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to receive and store restricted imported animal by-products.

During the clearance process, which averages ten business days, your shipment is under our care. Our warehouse has 24-hour digital security monitors and central station alarm system ensuring your cargo is secure at all times.

From the port of arrival, your shipment transfers directly into our warehouse facility. This is important for several reasons. Airlines and steamship lines begin charging storage on freight in as little as 48 hours after time of arrival. As a value-added service, Fauna & Flora offers 30 days free storage for all shipments we process. Complementary freezer and refrigeration services are also available in our warehouse upon your request.

Government agency inspectors arrive daily in our warehouse to randomly inspect trophy shipments. When a physical inspection is required for your shipment, Fauna & Flora personnel carefully open and close shipping crates and monitors the inspection process to completion.
